Welcome to Talking With The Experts. Here we discuss all things business. By business owners. For business owners. Here is your host, Rose Davidson.

 Rose | 00:12
Hello, welcome to Talking with the Experts. I'm your host, Rose Davidson from rosedavidson.com.au. Have you ever worried that your subconscious beliefs, you know, your thought and emotion patterns have an impact on your business success and personal finances?
Well, my next guest is... Egle and I'll won't pronounce her surname, I'll leave that for another time, is going to discuss with us collective conditioning, generational patterns, limiting beliefs and emotions and the impact it has on personal finance and business success. Now Egle is... And has always been drawn to growth and expansion with a master's in business and economics and experience in corporate finance, IT transformations and financial strategy. Strategic planning as well as living across five countries, she understands success. But she knows that strategy alone isn't enough. She saw brilliant women pushing, proving and holding their breath for wealth that still just felt just that little bit out of reach. The real shift wasn't about doing more. It was about rewiring the subconscious patterns and energy shaping their financial recovery. Reality. Egle merges deep memory mastery with subconscious wisdom. Rewiring and energetic activation, helping women shed everything. That was never truly theirs. When the old constraints fall away, wealth is no longer something that they chase. It becomes something that follows their purpose, something they embody with certainty. Egley, welcome to Talking with the Experts. It's such a lovely opportunity to discuss this topic with you and I'm so glad that you could join me.

 Egle | 02:02
I'm delighted to be here. Thank you very much for having me, Rose.

 Rose | 02:06
So tell me, what got you interested in using this? Pattern of you know digging into our subconscious beliefs that can help us succeed in business.

 Egle | 02:19
I am very passionate about growth. So I've been always motivated. Now I know that we as humans are motivated by different reasons. And they're always layered. But deep inside, I always had this intrinsic motivation to grow. And at some point, you simply hit a ceiling.
So I was in the corporate environment and finance transformation projects. There weren't so many women. Around me at the end.
So I started studying unconscious bias to understand how come. And then I looked into how do we actually break it.
So I knew deeply that doing more of what I was already doing is not the way forward. Because working only harder, putting even more stress on your body, on yourself, on your lifestyle, It's not the way forward. There must have been another way. And this is how I then started studying subconscious. And what I found that 95% of all, Everything we think and feel every day is beyond our conscious awareness.
So really... What we do every day is mostly this old code. That we carry. And what I found, it's really not always the best way to achieve what we're trying to achieve.
So what I see now, more and more how we are sometimes working harder than it's necessary, or how we are pushing ourselves to more than what is actually required to find a solution or to get to where we are desiring to get. And, you know, I like to speak about women because historically and traditionally, it's more limited. Bias is there, but really those patterns, they're very human.
So they're very universal. It's only that we conditioned ourselves through what we see daily from the way we grew up, through the history that we expect one person to stay more at home, to do more emotional labor, to take care more of kids. And the other person has more socially conditioned freedom to actually take care of their goals and their desires and their health. Only for women, But really, I feel like for women, there is... More work to do, in reclaiming that freedom for themselves and their desires and at the end the business this was my journey yes.

 Rose | 04:44
Success yeah thank you for sharing that your women seem to have a hard time you know getting over the limiting beliefs that they've been programmed with which is you know So unfortunate because, you know, we're traditionally meant to be, you know, the nurturer and, you know, the person who looks after everything and, you know, I mean, it has all these responsibilities and trying to find herself in all that responsibility, you know, can be quite a challenge and. Your life and your thoughts are really... Used with subconscious thought in mind. It's not Sometimes you're not making these conscious decisions. It's your subconscious that, you know, programmed you to do certain things the way you do them. How can we be aware of our limiting beliefs and emotions that are holding us back?

 Egle | 05:44
The way I work with the subconscious, it's a highly intuitive process. So there are modalities that actually help to uncover those. And there is muscle testing. Our subconscious is the memory we have in our bodies.
So we can actually muscle test. And what I see is that oftentimes we are even surprised about the beliefs. That we carry within.
So there are all dark emotions from the past, resentments, anger, and we might not show it, we might not see it, we might not be even aware of it. But in the subconscious, we carry, Carl Jung called it shadow, the parts that we don't want to admit about ourselves.
So one way is simply professionally having help someone uncover those and release those. But there is the way to work with it at home or on your own, and it's namely listening to the emotions. And I feel that this is really something that isn't. Spoken much about because a lot of people are trained to just push through, to not be weak, to not complain and to just go on. While in fact, the emotion we hold points to them belief that we have.
So if something is annoying or irritating in another person, or if we feel a frustration, or if we feel an anger or sadness, these are all information that it's pointing to a specific belief. So if someone is asking to do something and we feel frustrated, there's probably a belief that we must or we have to. That we have no other choice and we don't want to.
So there could be these beliefs that are contradicting each other. Because once we release those, when... When it's no longer contradicting, we can simply say, no, I don't have time, or this is not a priority. Or we can inquire with curiosity, is there another way? But when we have those beliefs, they're like blinding us to reality. To do this from these regulated from this peaceful place.
So these triggers are actually the signs to reflect what's behind, what is it that's making me feel the way I'm feeling. And the other way to work with this is Ask ourselves better questions. Questions. Thank you.
So. What I noticed is that oftentimes, and everyone does it at one or another level, is that we block ourselves from the solutions by saying it's not for me. I don't know. I cannot. I'm going to fail. And all these things, they block or close our minds. But once we start asking, how can I do it differently? Or is there another way? What's the answer? Even if we just open with this question and we start walking with it, sleeping on it, writing on it, Googling on it, there suddenly turns out that there is so much more So these are the ways to already start breaking your own beliefs by with curiosity, exploring the feelings without judgment. And the thoughts that we have, reframing the thoughts. Yes.

 Rose | 08:56
That can be quite challenging, you know, to feel the emotion and to stop and, you know, name that emotion if you have to. And so if you're feeling angry, finding out what is triggering that anger, is it, you know, somebody or something or is it something from your past that's triggered this particular emotion for you and the challenge is that some people don't know how to do that.
You know, don't know how to sit with that emotion and work through it and ask the right questions. How can we learn and teach ourselves to ask those questions?

 Egle | 09:35
Yes. So, It really depends on what the person has experienced. Every human being has Ciao, Ma. In the subconscious way, because every time as a child, we are not allowed something or we lose something like a connection, it can be experienced as losing part of ourselves and that registers our consciousness. I was... Trauma, it's very subtle.
And then depending on what someone has experienced, it's either professional help. That is needed. But oftentimes it's a practice and it's a skill. The way we learn to walk The way we learn to Ride the bike. It can be overwhelming at first, and it really depends on how we do it.
So like walking or like riding a bike, if we're very harsh on ourselves when we fall for a first time. It's going to be the end. But if we can look at it as a practice, as a process. As something to explore with curiosity, that already helps.
And then... It's learning to look through the fear, realizing that fear is Not real oftentimes. Of course, there can be a real danger to be on a dangerous street or if there is really some physical threat conflict taking place on the global scale or in personal relationships.
So there are some real dangerous situations. But most of the time, the way we are wired, we have more fear of then it's necessary for our relatively safe lives. And so what fear often does is it's saying, I cannot feel this is dangerous, this is unsafe, I am incapable. But that fear is oftentimes what makes the feeling. Bigger.
So it's the resistance and the fear that makes it bigger. About your question, how can we learn to feel it? It's to... It's to surrender. And to know that we are capable and that actually feeling it makes us Less. Powerful. .
So oftentimes when we postpone feeling, when we resist feeling, when we are afraid of feeling, it makes it big. And at the moment we start letting in the feelings, they're simply the sensations in the body. The story in the mind is big, but the body is so much more capable of processing feelings. All these sensations.
So sadness is crying. Anger is maybe, you know, you can find a safe way to hit a pillow or something if you're very angry. But what's funny is at the moment you start allowing the feeling to pass through you in a harmonious way, it dissolves. And this is really the biggest advice is to see with curiosity what will happen in a safe way.
So it's not about finding someone to find a fight with when you're angry. It's really processing this physical sensation in the body without too much of the story attached, without too much judgment of yourself. This is how physiologically... It works.

 Rose | 12:56
Yeah. I'm glad you said that because, yeah, I sometimes find myself having a huge emotional struggle. Outbursts and not realising where that emotion is actually coming from and, you know, how, which part of the body that actual emotion is being stored into and wondering why I'm in, you know, constant pain all the time.
So there is something to be said about storing emotions in the body, which I hadn't realized until a couple of years ago that this is what happens when you... Have unprocessed emotions and Yeah, and then you end up in chronic pain and you don't know why. And so you need to deal with those emotions and work out what's, what part of the body that you need to deal with and get over the fear of letting go of that emotion and releasing the pain that's in your body.

 Egle | 13:55
Yes, and this is what you're saying. It's so fundamental. Everything that we don't release, what we block with our mind, I cannot feel this, the emotion gets blocked, and it gets stored in the body. And that's where a lot of chronic diseases come from. A lot of people don't know that, but this is the psychosomatics.
So it's a lot about these emotions that are unprocessed. And then in business, so that's the connection with ourselves once we're gone. Blocked with these layers of emotions, it's hard to truly feel what is good for us, what we need in the moment, and so on. And so it's peeling these layers.
And then in the business, we have to connect with other people as well. Or the other topic is the money that I like to talk about is money is very neutral, but we have so many shame or guilt or fear or stories attached to it. That it makes it complicated to actually work with it. And in business, it's about connection with other people. People.
So oftentimes through these emotions, through these beliefs, we can hardly see. What's really happening in the moment or what is it happening with another person? And at the moment where we are all more in touch with ourselves, this resistance that I spoke about, this is what I see in transformational projects, for example, resistance to change. It's because this lack of connection with, the person and with a higher goal and with What is needed in the moment? And what you just spoke about is so essential. Once we start processing our own, these emotional blockages and limiting beliefs, we suddenly can connect so much better with what is necessary. And in business, what I see is we might be more defensive.
So we try to protect ourselves once, if we are not deeply aware of what's happening there behind. And once we know what's happening behind, then we can find the higher solution, the more harmonious solution.
Solution. And this is especially important in business because there is no one else, especially if you're an owner of a business, there is no one else who Of course, you can have coaches and mentors and advisors, but at the end, you are the one who's. Taking the final decision. And so releasing all these layers is so helpful and so liberating because the decisions then that are made... Are the ones who are actually long-term constructive and that contribute to the growth of a business.

 Rose | 16:33
Absolutely. Yes. And, you know, a lot of the limiting beliefs that we have about ourselves, you know, stop us from being successful. And, you know, being abundant and being grateful and all of those things helps to build a better business, even though you don't think that they do, you have to, I guess, bring that awareness back. To the forefront. To be able to see that you can be successful despite all the challenges that you may be facing.

 Egle | 17:07
Yes, and even to build further on this, the challenges we are creating those ourselves too. This might sound... Counterintuitive at first, but the way subconscious works, it's calibrated to a specific reality. And based on our beliefs, we see more of what we already believe in. And if we have beliefs, which many people do, it's from the past generations, from past pain, from the survival, that I will fail, but or maybe that people will be angry on me, or that the clients will be disappointed, or that something will go that the project will go badly, what the subconscious does, then it filters. The reality to attract more of these situations.
So instead of choosing the... Easy clients, so to say, or the client who is ready to work and so on, the subconscious will show and bring people which are maybe more in trouble or which are not yet willing to change and so on. And once we start shifting these beliefs, it turns out that there is so much more and so much easier. Possible than we originally believe. And yes, there are always challenges. That's how, that's why we are. Living life to move ourselves through it and to learn. And yet we have so much more influence. Through our subconscious on what we are creating in our life, simply through these choices that we mostly make. Unconsciously.

 Rose | 18:43
Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. And what sort of tips, would you offer to help our listeners and viewers? Personally overcome limitations and expand their awareness of for building a better business.

 Egle | 19:03
The Limitations that I often see have to do with The fierce... Doubts and so on. And oftentimes we are afraid to be seen because we'll be judged. We might be addicted to working too hard despite all the tools are available because we might feel pride or we might believe this is what we have to, we are better people.
So The advice is to stay conscious and to stay curious and self-reflection on what is happening right now in my life, in my business. What is it that I want to shift? And what is my own belief? That is forming the situation right now that I'm experiencing. And this might sound an Obvious advice, but automatic reaction. Of a person and the way our personalities work, that we always see the reason outside of ourselves.
So we think it's a client, we think it's a partner, we think it's a business partner, that there is something else causing whatever is happening. But at the point, we start looking within and What is it that made this situation apart? Come to be and what is it in my power to change it or to solve it. This is the way we come back to our own power again. And this is the way we don't only shift the beliefs, but we start creating something that's much more harmonious.
So the advice is not to stay in that pattern. But to break the pattern and to move on in the growth journey.
 Yeah.

 Rose | 20:46
Great tips. I think they're wonderful. And I think, you know, if we listen more to our intuition and the things that and pay more attention to the things that light us up, I think we can rewire our subconscious to be more productive, to be more successful, to be better human beings. I think if we use those steps and overcome our fears, we're unstoppable.

 Egle | 21:14
That's absolutely it. I truly believe that there is so much more possible than we initially realize. It's really, we are unlimited.
